We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Due to the nature of our products and for health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges, and all sales are final.
Care + Maintenance
Sisal Soap Pouch
Rinse after each use and hang it to dry in a well-ventilated spot. Avoid leaving the pouch sitting in water. Replace every few months or whenever the fibers begin to soften.
Wood Soap Dishes (Ridgeline + Wave Crest)
Let each dish dry fully between uses to prevent moisture buildup. Rotate between two dishes every couple of weeks so each one has time to dry completely. Wipe occasionally with a dry cloth to keep the wood in good condition.

Rinse periodically and allow the dish to dry between uses. Ceramic is naturally durable, but keeping the channels clear helps the soap drain properly.
